I am an IT consultant who mainly works in education. I teach 3D design classes, where we use the Ankermake M5, which I also backed on Kickstarter. I was notified about the E1 just before the Kickstarter launch and after such a grat experience with the M5, backed that too. I don't have a plan on what I’m going to use it for, but I think it will have a lot of uses for me within my work, and for my daughters who seem to keep coming up with ideas. We all loved the event. Having the ability to not only see the E1 in action, but to also use it was great. Added to that, getting to unpack and setup a brand new one was amazing. My daughters were really happy with the phone cases we printed, and they are holding up well.

As a crafter with various printers (sublimation, Direct-to-Film, Direct-to-Garment, and A2 photo), I’ve always craved a UV Direct-to-Film. I was looking for 12 months, but the price range was not justifiable for a crafter until now! Then I saw the eufymake E1 on Kickstarter. It looks like it will fulfil my need to print UV stickers, but also so much more with the additional rotary tool. I took a look on the website and to my shock saw that Anker Innovations would be attending my local craft show, and that the E1 would be there in the flesh. Without a second thought I booked tickets and a slot for a 1-1 demonstration. I was able to ask lots of questions, play with the software, and even take away a personalised souvenir. It was great to see the printer in action and see what it could actually do. I'm now even more excited for it to arrive.

I'm by no means a professional printer, just a chef that's passionate about 3D printing and manufacturing. I actually first discovered the E1 printer by mistake on YouTube. I remember it was 4 am and I was shocked, immediately having thousands of ideas on how this printer can help and improve my hobby. After a week of searching on YouTube, Facebook, and everywhere else, I backed it on Kickstarter. My goal with this printer is to personalise my 3D projects to make them more unique. I came from the North of Leeds, which is nearly 2 and a half hours of driving just to try the printer. When I saw it in operation, I was really impressed with the quality of the print. James and Adam were amazing, talking me through everything and giving me the chance to get truly hands on.

After four years without a real day out, I finally travelled the furthest I’ve been since my operations by train and mobility scooter to see the E1 in person. Even though I came home exhausted, I loved every moment at the NEC meeting the amazing eufyMake team. I was surprised by how compact the E1 is. It's much smaller than I expected, but it’s an absolute powerhouse of a printer. Standing right next to it, there was almost no smell at all, far less than my 3D printer or laser machines, which was fantastic. The print quality blew me away. With no prep at all, one of the team took an untreated slate tile and in under 20 minutes, produced a crisp, detailed design that looked incredible. I was stunned. The image I created with a friend is a tribute to my dad and the magicians who inspired me as a child, styled like a playful cartoon painting of dogs playing poker. Thank you, eufyMake team, for such a woncderful day, and for the chips when I was starving! I can't wait to get my hoinds on the E1. Truly exciting!

Michael, a professional cartoonist, digitally refines and colors the imaginative drawings of his four-year-old son Jona, while the E1 printer adds a tactile texture to bring them to life.

The print is incredibly durable, and the colors really pop – I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out!

The vinyl record is a great example of using custom 3D depth maps – I chose to make only the letters '3' and 'D' stand out in 3D.

I made my own keychains with the eufyMake E1 and added a 2.5D effect to give them even more personality. The perfect Christmas gift – simply amazing!
