No. For the time being, our official materials and printing experience will be provided free of charge. If any fees apply in future, we will let you know in advance.

During the show, you can try printing your own design or image. Supported file formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. Feel free to ask our on-site team for help!

No invitation is needed! The public booth and UV DIY Experience are open to everyone. To enter The Print Show 2026, simply pre-register online for your free visitor badge—registration gives you access to both The Print Show and The Sign Show.

Given that there will be a large number of visitors, we suggest reserving a slot online in advance to ensure that you can enjoy the demo experience without queuing for a long time.

Live personalisation sessions are open to everyone to take part in, but these prints will only be on small items (such as magnets and coasters) and will all be flat prints.

Anyone can participate in the lucky dip, and if their ball is a winner, they will win a personalised raised print on a big item using the rotary machine, such as a tumbler. There will be a limited number of winners per day.
