eufyMake Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Terms

US:

  • Free shipping for orders over $100;
  • $5 fee for orders under $100.

  

EU:

  • Free shipping for orders over 100;
  • 5 for orders under 100.

  

UK:

  • Free shipping for orders over £80;
  • £4 fee for orders under £80.

2. Delivery Range

US: Shipping is available in the continental US. We currently do not ship to military post boxes or the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

 

EU: Shipping is available in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

 

UK: Shipping is only within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

3. Shipping Time

US:

The average transit time is 3-7 business days. (Note: This does not apply to pre-order products. For these arrival times, please refer to your pre-order.)

 

EU

The average transit time is 3–7 business days. (Note: This does not apply to pre-order products. For these arrival times, please refer to your pre-order.)

 

UK

The average transit time is 2–5 business days. (Note: This does not apply to pre-order products. For these arrival times, please refer to your pre-order.)

Note: Our regular shipping schedule is Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day. Per industry standards, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

4. Shipping Methods

US:

To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon MCF, and FedEx.

 

EU:

Orders will be shipped by DHL and Amazon MCF.

 

UK:

Orders will be shipped by UPS, Hermes, Royal Mail, and Amazon MCF.

5. Shipping Instructions

  • Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully.

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, contact the eufyMake Support Team at support@eufymake.com.

6. FAQ

6.1 I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


6.2 Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the eufyMake Support Team at support@eufymake.com.

Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. eufyMake will not replace the order or issue a refund.
