- First-time Activation: Care service must be activated within three months from the printer’s activation date.
- Renewal: Care service renewal must be completed before the current Care service coverage expires.

eufyMake Care is our premium service plan designed to give you peace of mind and keep your printer running smoothly for years to come. Here's what's included:
1. Free Print Head Replacement: If your print head module malfunctions, you are eligible for a limited one-time free replacement within the first 12 months. Here's a breakdown for clarity:
- First 3 months: Covered under the print head's standard warranty.
- Up to 12 Months: Covered under eufyMake Care. During this period, you are eligible for one free replacement in the event of failure. Please note that all replacement claims (including those under eufyMake Care) need to be submitted within this 12-month timeframe to be valid.
2. Fast Replacement: Once your replacement request is approved, we'll send you a new print head immediately—you don't need to wait for us to inspect your defective unit first. After you receive the replacement, please test it to confirm everything works properly. If you're satisfied, use the box from the new print head to return the old one to us.
