1. eufyMake Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
eufyMake provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free manner possible. This warranty does not affect your legal rights under the laws and regulations of your country or region. The terms specified in this warranty shall be implemented to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. If the warranty period stated in this policy is not sufficient to meet the requirements of the laws in your country or region, your local policy and regulations shall take precedence.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your product fails to function properly within the warranty period, please email us at support@eufymake.com for after-sales service. Your email should include a valid purchase order number or other proof of purchase.
eufyMake will attempt to analyze and resolve your issue through online services. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, you may be required to send the product to an authorized eufyMake service center in your region.
If the issue occurs within the warranty period, eufyMake will repair or replace the product at no cost, including all related shipping expenses. If the issue occurs outside the warranty period, the cost of repair or replacement and all associated shipping fees will be borne by the customer, subject to approval by eufyMake.
(Currently, repair terms apply to the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom only.)
This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Products or parts that are beyond the warranty period.

Products purchased through unauthorized channels or resold by other buyers.

Normal discoloration, wear, or consumption occurring through use.

Faults or damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, or storage, including but not limited to: misuse, unreasonable use, improper connection/disconnection of external devices, dropping or external impacts; exposure to unsuitable temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, liquid intrusion, insect or rodent activity; or damage, wear, or accumulation of dust caused by foreign objects.

Defects or damage resulting from installation, repair, modification, addition, or disassembly by any unauthorized agency or personnel.

Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or removal of the enclosure, or damage caused by not following the official manual or instructions.

Products or components whose original identification information has been altered, changed, or removed.

Failure to provide valid receipts or other documentation proving warranty status.

Malfunction or damage caused by the use of unauthorized, non-standard, or unlicensed software.
-
Damage caused by the use of unauthorized third-party parts or consumables, resulting in reliability or compatibility issues.

Damage resulting from virus infection, hacking, or other malicious acts.

Damage caused by force majeure or unforeseen events.
-
Damage occurring during transportation for return or repair.

Defects not attributable to product quality.

Products that do not operate uninterrupted or error-free.
eufyMake assumes no responsibility for the above situations. Please contact the relevant party for assistance if you encounter such issues.
Special Notes

Packaging, gifts, and consumables are not covered by this warranty. However, if there is an issue during first use after purchase, a product replacement will be provided at no cost. Requests for additional packaging, accessories, or refurbishing services will incur a service charge from eufyMake.

eufyMake is not responsible for any commitments made by resellers or agents that are not explicitly guaranteed by eufyMake.

For products that are being discontinued or are discontinued, eufyMake will issue a notice and inform resellers of the final date for warranty service. After this date, warranty service will no longer be provided.

For products subject to individually agreed after-sales terms, the terms confirmed in the eufyMake contract shall prevail.

If you have a valid claim under this limited warranty, eufyMake will, at its discretion:
Provide detailed instructions and new or refurbished parts for self-repair.
Authorize a return of the product for: (i) Repair with new or refurbished parts; (ii) replacement with a unit of equivalent new or refurbished status; (iii) refund of the purchase price.
Limitations of Liability

During after-sales processing, eufyMake is only responsible for loss or damage to the product while in transit or repair.

Unless otherwise required by law, under no circumstances shall eufyMake be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, whether caused by use or inability to use the product, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if eufyMake has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Relationship With Consumer Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction. Except as permitted by law, eufyMake does not exclude, limit, or suspend other rights you may have, including those arising from non-compliance with a sales contract. For a complete understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws in your country, region, or province.
Policy Limits Subject to Consumer Law
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies provided are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. eufyMake specifically disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against hidden or latent defects. Where such warranties cannot be disclaimed, eufyMake limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at eufyMake's option, to repair or replacement services. Some states, countries, and provinces do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties (or conditions) last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Product Condition Requirements

All products, packaging, and materials must be intact and undamaged.

Separately purchased print heads, ink cartridges, cleaning cartridges, air filters, consumables, and substrates cannot be returned once unsealed.

Service fees will be calculated as a percentage of the total order value (including tax and shipping fees).

All products, packaging, and materials must remain intact. Please retain the original packaging for potential returns; failure to do so may affect the return process.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the returned item. Once a refund is issued, it will be visible in your bank account or credit card statement. In certain cases, the processing time may be longer. Please contact our customer service for more information about the refund policy and processing time.

Service fees do not include return shipping costs. Please note that if you wish to cancel the order or return a product within 30 calendar days of receipt and there are no manufacturing defects, you will bear the shipping costs.

Warranty Limitations: eufyMake does not recommend the use of any consumables or accessories not supplied or authorized by eufyMake. These include, but are not limited to, non-eufyMake official ink, cleaning cartridges, air filters, or other third-party consumables or accessories ("Third-Party Components"). The use of such components will void any warranty claims related to their use. Any malfunctions or damages resulting from third-party components are not covered under warranty. Furthermore, if the machine is operated or maintained in a manner inconsistent with eufyMake's usage and maintenance guidelines, any resulting product failures will not be covered under this warranty.
Replacement Policy Coverage

If the product is significantly damaged in transit, you may request a replacement within 30 business days starting from 00:00 of the day after receipt.

If the product does not match the original description, you may request a replacement within 30 calendar days starting from 00:00 of the day after receipt.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within 365 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receipt (within 180 days, eufyMake will provide a new replacement; after 180 days, eufyMake will provide a refurbished replacement at its discretion).
Warranty Coverage

This warranty is strictly limited to addressing manufacturing quality defects. Once ink is loaded into a device, no replacement requests will be accepted unless there is evidence of a genuine quality defect. Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (including but not limited to dislike or disinterest) is not valid for replacement.

Valid Warranty Claims: The warranty will be void if any consumables or accessories not supplied or authorized by eufyMake are used. This includes, but is not limited to, non-eufyMake official ink, cleaning cartridges, and filters. In addition, if the device is operated or maintained in ways not in accordance with eufyMake's guidelines, any resultant issues are not covered by this warranty.
Shipping Costs

Unless a product defect is verified as a quality issue, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to returns or exchanges.
Exclusions
The following situations are not covered:

Products purchased from channels other than eufyMake.

Returned products lacking all original parts, accessories, or packaging, or items damaged through misuse.

Products that are found to have no defects after all appropriate testing.

Failures or damages caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage, including, but not limited to:

Incorrect operation.

Use for illegal purposes.
-
Improper connection/disconnection of external devices.
-
Dropping or impact.
-
Exposure to inappropriate temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water ingress, etc.

Infestation or intrusion by insects, rodents, or foreign objects causing breakage, contamination, or damage to the device or components.

Damage or failures caused by any installation, repair, alteration, addition, or disassembly performed by any person or agency not authorized by eufyMake.

Modification, alteration, or removal of original identification information from the product or its components.
-
Damage resulting from uncontrollable external events (e.g., fire, flood, strong wind, lightning).

Failure to return the received product to eufyMake within 10 business days after a replacement request is approved.

Drop-off returns will not be accepted. All returns must be sent by mail.

Each returned item must remain in the condition reported to us. Purchased products must be returned according to our instructions. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. Each label is specific to a particular return. To ensure you receive your refund promptly and accurately, please only return the items listed on the label in the designated box.

Where applicable, return shipping and taxes (if any) will be deducted from your refund. Please note, returns including multiple items or bulky products may incur higher fees. We offer a variety of return options depending on the product. The most accurate return fees and options will always be displayed.

If the returned product does not match the condition reported to us, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge you for the costs incurred.

The product must be in exactly the same condition upon return as it was received. You must thoroughly remove and delete all personal or third-party data that may exist on or in the returned item and unlink any account that may be associated with the product. Failure to do so will result in your sole liability for any resulting data breach. You must remove any irrelevant items from the return box; we are not responsible for such items left inside. Returned products become our property, and we reserve the right to dispose of them as we see fit, including resale to third parties.

The above warranty period is calculated from the date of receipt of the product, based on the invoice date. Therefore, please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
If a valid invoice cannot be provided, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of manufacture of the product.
If parts are replaced during the repair process, the warranty period for the replaced parts will be updated, while the warranty period for other components will remain unchanged.

Print Head Warranty: The print quality of the print head will degrade to varying degrees depending on usage frequency, working hours, working environment, maintenance, and other factors.

Refurbished products are not eligible for warranty service due to cosmetic defects. The warranty period stated above applies only to new products. For the warranty period of refurbished products, please refer to the specific policy information on the corresponding refurbished product page.
2. eufyMake Care Plan Service Policy
30-Day Unactivated Refund Guarantee
The refund policy outlined here applies only to eufyMake Care plans purchased directly from the eufyMake online store. Due to varying legal requirements and other considerations, the policy may differ depending on the country/region of purchase.
If the eufyMake Care service has not been activated, a full refund can be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note: Once the eufyMake Care service is activated, refunds are no longer accepted.
How to Apply for Service

Go to the Order Center on the official website, click "Redeem," and follow the process to submit a claim for the damaged product. Once your claim is approved, we will send you a free replacement print head (limited to one free replacement print head per service period).

Upon receipt of the replacement print head, follow the standard operating procedure to complete the replacement. Use the provided shipping method to return the old print head to us. This service is only available in the USA, UK, Europe, and Canada. Note: Failure to return the old print head may affect the warranty of the replacement print head. The warranty for the new print head follows the print head warranty policy outlined in the hardware after-sales policy.
3. eufyMake Studio Subscription Service Policy
No refunds will be accepted for virtual products under any circumstances.
