About Timing
Q: When do I need to complete the survey, and what if I miss the deadline?
A: The survey will automatically close after 11:59 PM on March 31st, 2024 (PST). Users who have not completed the survey by March 31st, 2024. will be refunded according to Option 1.
Additionally, after March 31st, 2024, the extra $30 will not be supported when users ask to change from Option 2 to Option 1.
As we need to collect your information and allocate time for bank transfers, we recommend completing the survey and providing the necessary details by February 1st, 2024. We plan to process the first batch of payments in early February 2024, although the actual date of receipt may vary slightly. Refunds will be processed in the order we received the requests, so we recommend that you let us know as soon as possible.
Q: How long will it take to receive the refund?
A: All orders require manual verification. If you choose Option 1, the funds are expected to be credited within 45 days after the application is received. However, it could take longer depending on the refund method. If you choose Option 2, we will send the voucher code to your email during the pre-launch phase of our new product.

Q: What information do I need to provide?
A: Please follow the link to the information registration page and fill in the details as instructed https://forms.gle/cfBpL4Cu7UDmkfxEA. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Q: How can I change my selected option?
A: As the survey can only be filled out once, please consider your choice carefully before submitting. If you want to change your selection from Option 2 to Option 1, please contact support@ankermake.com. Changing your option will result in a longer wait to receive your refund. Please note that after March 31st, 2024, the extra $30 will not be supported when users ask to change from Option 2 to Option 1.
Q: How do I receive my refund for Option 1?
Click the link provided in the update and follow the instructions to leave your payment account information. We will process this in batches.
Q: If we have chosen Option 1, can we switch to Option 2?
A: Users who have chosen Option 1 cannot switch to Option 2.
About Option 2
Q: How do I use the voucher in Option 2?
A: We will send you the voucher code to your email before the new product is launched, and it can be used to purchase the new product at a discount.
Q: Are there any restrictions on using the voucher in Option 2?

The $600 voucher is valid for six months after the launch of the new product.

Q: If we have chosen Option 2, can we still choose Option 1?
Users who have chosen Option 2 can still change to Option 1. However, after March 31st, 2024, users who change their choice will only receive a full refund without any additional compensation.

Q: What is the process for users who only purchased filament?
A: Users who only purchased filament should choose Option 1.
Q: What is the process for users who purchased both the machine and filament?
A: If you purchased both filament and the V6 color engine and meet the criteria, you can choose Option 2 and also receive a refund and subsidy for the filament.
Q: What is the process for users outside the US, UK, Canada, and EU?
A: Due to regional restrictions, Option 2 is only available to backers in the US, UK, Canada, and EU. Backers in other regions can only choose Option 1.
Q: How do users who have already received a refund get the additional payment?
A: We will make the payment using the existing refund method.
Q: Where can I find information about the new product series?
