Awaiting Release of E1 & Delivery

I purchased the EufyMake E1 Deluxe Bundle, I received the Rotary Attachment and DTF Laminating Machine, although the 25 Pouches went missing in the postal system. The Support Team especially Wendy sorted out the issue and I received them, No hassle, No Problems. Awesome.
Now awaiting the delivery on release from distribution centre. I cannot wait!! It will be a gift for my wife and I, and she doesn't know it yet!!!

Incredible results, just needs reliable ink supply

The printer itself is excellent. The quality, especially with gloss layers, is very impressive and ideal for producing premium custom products. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the hardware and overall performance.

However, the ink supply is a major concern. It doesn’t last long under regular use, and I’ve now been waiting over two weeks for replacement ink with no update on dispatch. For a business relying on this equipment, that downtime isn’t workable.

I’ve seen others in the community raising similar concerns, so hopefully this is something being addressed. With reliable ink availability and faster shipping, this would be one of the best systems on the market.

At the moment, the printer is excellent but the support and consumables need to match the quality of the machine.

Happy to update my review once ink availability improves — at the moment it’s the only thing holding the system back for business use.
