1. Free Print Head Replacement: If your print head module malfunctions, you are eligible for a limited one-time free replacement within the first 12 months. Here's a breakdown for clarity:
- First 3 months: Covered under the print head's standard warranty.
- Up to 12 Months: Covered under eufyMake Care. During this period, you are eligible for one free replacement in the event of failure. Please note that all replacement claims (including those under eufyMake Care) need to be submitted within this 12-month timeframe to be valid.
2. Fast Replacement: Once your replacement request is approved, we'll send you a new print head immediately—you don't need to wait for us to inspect your defective unit first. After you receive the replacement, please test it to confirm everything works properly. If you're satisfied, use the box from the new print head to return the old one to us.
3. 30% Off Additional Print Heads: Enjoy discounted purchases while your plan remains active.

The protection period is 12 months starting from the day your device is bound. If your device is not bound, protection starts on the day eufyMake Care is activated.
