1. Program Overview These eufyMake Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the eufyMake Referral Program ("Program"). By accessing, sharing, claiming, or using any referral link, referral code, coupon, gift card, or other benefit under the Program, you agree to these Terms, the applicable eufyMake Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any additional rules shown on the Program page. The Program allows eligible eufyMake customers to invite friends, family members, colleagues, or other people with whom they have a genuine relationship to purchase eligible eufyMake products. Eligible invitees may receive a referral coupon for eligible eufyMake main-unit products, and eligible referrers may receive an eufyMake gift card after all qualification requirements are met. The Program is available only on participating eufyMake official online stores, currently including US stores, unless otherwise stated on the Program page. eufyMake may update participating regions, products, rewards, and Program rules at any time. 2. Definitions - eufyMake / we / us / our: The specific eufyMake or Anker contracting entity operating the applicable regional store you are accessing, as identified in the general "Terms of Use" or "Terms of Service" of that respective website. - Referrer:An eligible eufyMake customer who has a valid eufyMake account and an activated eufyMake device serial number bound to that account, and who is invited or otherwise approved to participate in the Program. - Invitee: A person who receives or accesses a Referrer's referral link, enters a valid email address where required, claims a referral coupon, and/or places an eligible order using the referral coupon. - Referral Link: A unique link generated for a Referrer under the Program. - Referral Code / Coupon: A code issued to an Invitee through the referral flow and intended to be used toward an eligible eufyMake main-unit purchase. - Qualified Purchase: An eligible purchase completed by an Invitee on the applicable eufyMake official online store using the referral coupon, where the order is paid, not cancelled, not fully refunded, includes eligible Product(s), and satisfies all Program requirements. - Referral Reward: The gift card or other benefit eufyMake may issue to a Referrer for a Qualified Purchase. - Eligible Product(s): eufyMake UV Printer E1 3. Eligibility To participate as a Referrer, you must: 1. Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. 2. Have a valid eufyMake account. 3. Have an activated eufyMake device serial number bound to the same account. 4. Be invited, approved, or otherwise made eligible by eufyMake to participate. 5. Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. 6. Not be an employee, affiliate, or immediate family member of eufyMake, Anker, or its corporate affiliates. If your current account does not have an activated eufyMake device serial number bound to it, you may be asked to sign in with the account used to activate your device. eufyMake may deny participation if device ownership, account status, order history, or referral activity cannot be verified. Invitees must also be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction and must comply with these Terms. 4. How the Program Works A Referrer may access the Program page, generate or copy a Referral Link, and share it with eligible Invitees. The Invitee may access the referral page, enter a valid email address, and claim a referral coupon. The Invitee must use the referral coupon at checkout on the applicable eufyMake official online store to purchase eligible product(s). Referral attribution is based on the referral coupon. If an Invitee does not use the applicable referral coupon or if attribution cannot be verified, the purchase may not qualify for a Referral Reward. eufyMake may show the Referrer referral activity and reward status, including masked Invitee email, order date, order status, reward type, and reward status. 5. Referral Coupons for Invitees Referral coupons are valid only for eligible eufyMake main-unit products and only during the validity period, region, store, and conditions shown on the Program page or coupon notice. Unless otherwise stated: 1. Each coupon may be used only once. 2. Each order may use only one referral coupon. 3. Referral coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional coupons, or offers for the same product category. 4. Referral coupons have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. 5. Referral coupons may expire if not used within the stated period. 6. Referral coupons are valid only on the applicable eufyMake official online store and not on third-party marketplaces or resellers. 6. Referral Rewards for Referrers Subject to these Terms, a Referrer may receive a Referral Reward for each Qualified Purchase, up to the reward limit stated by eufyMake. Unless otherwise stated on the Program page: 1. A Referrer may receive rewards for up to five (5) Qualified Purchases. 2. Orders beyond the reward limit may appear as "Limit Reached" and will not generate additional rewards. 3. Returned, refunded, cancelled, voided, fraudulent, unmatched, or ineligible orders do not qualify and do not count toward the reward limit. 4. Rewards are calculated and issued according to the reward amount, product eligibility, and rules shown on the Program page at the time of the Invitee's purchase. 5. Rewards may be shown as pending until eufyMake verifies the order and qualification status. If a Referrer reaches the reward limit, eufyMake may, at its sole discretion, allow the Referrer to request additional referral opportunities by contacting the email address shown on the Program page. 7. Reward Issuance and Status Referral Rewards are not guaranteed at the time an Invitee claims a coupon or places an order. Rewards become eligible for issuance only after eufyMake verifies that the Invitee's order is a Qualified Purchase. Unless otherwise stated, a reward may become available no earlier than forty-five (45) days after the eligible order has shipped or been delivered, subject to successful verification and review. Processing timelines may vary depending on logistics, return windows, fraud review, operational processing, or other eligibility checks. Reward status may include: 1. "Pending" if the Invitee has placed an eligible order but the verification or waiting period is not complete. 2. "Available" or "Get Code" if eufyMake has approved the reward. 3. "Not Issued," "N/A," or "Returned" if the order does not qualify. 4. "Limit Reached" if the Referrer has reached the applicable reward cap. eufyMake may issue gift cards through email, account center, Shopify gift card flow, or another method determined by eufyMake. eufyMake is not responsible for emails that are blocked, filtered, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable due to incorrect contact information or factors outside our reasonable control. 8. Gift Card Terms Referral Rewards issued as gift cards under this Program are issued strictly as promotional awards ("Promotional Gift Cards") for which no monetary consideration is paid by the recipient. They are subject to the terms shown when issued and any applicable eufyMake gift card rules. Unless otherwise stated: 1. Gift cards may be used only on the applicable eufyMake official online store. 2. Gift cards may not be sold, traded, transferred for value, auctioned, or used for unauthorized resale. 3. Gift cards may be cancelled or reclaimed if the underlying order is later refunded, returned, charged back, found ineligible, or associated with abuse or fraud. 4. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law. For customers in the United States: Gift cards issued under this Program are issued expressly for loyalty, award, and promotional purposes. 9. Prohibited Conduct You must use the Program in good faith and for lawful personal referrals only. You may not: 1. Refer yourself or use multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, devices, payment methods, or addresses to create self-referrals. 2. Create fake, duplicate, automated, or misleading accounts. 3. Share referral links through spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scraping, bots, purchased email lists, or any method that violates applicable law. 4. Post referral links or codes on coupon sites, deal aggregators, auction sites, resale platforms, public directories, paid ad placements, or third-party pages where the primary purpose is distributing discounts. 5. Purchase search ads, social ads, domain names, handles, or keywords using eufyMake, Anker, or confusingly similar marks. 6. Misrepresent your relationship with eufyMake or imply that you are employed by, sponsored by, or officially representing eufyMake. 7. Offer cash, gifts, rebates, raffles, commissions, or other compensation to encourage someone to use your referral link or coupon, unless expressly approved by eufyMake in writing. 8. Modify, obscure, redirect, or manipulate referral links, coupons, tracking parameters, checkout flows, or attribution systems. 9. Use the Program for commercial lead generation, affiliate arbitrage, resale activity, or unauthorized promotional campaigns. 10. Engage in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, malicious ordering, system manipulation, or any conduct inconsistent with the intent of the Program. eufyMake may monitor referral activity and may delay, deny, cancel, revoke, or reclaim rewards if we suspect abuse, fraud, ineligible activity, or violation of these Terms. 10. Required Disclosures When sharing your Referral Link on your personal social media accounts, blogs, or other permitted public channels, you must clearly disclose that you are participating in a referral program and may receive a reward. For example, you must prominently include "#Ad", "#eufyMakePartner", or "Paid link" in your post. You are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, email marketing, privacy, and platform rules, including the US FTC guidelines, the UK CMA guidelines, and equivalent regulators in the EU, AU, or your region. Please note that providing a disclosure does not exempt you from the restrictions on coupon sites, paid ads, or mass distribution outlined in Section 9. 11. Privacy When you participate in this program, we will collect the following personal information in order to provide the service: 1. To verify your eligibility for the referral program or to claim the offer as an invitee, we will collect the email address you provide. 2. To enable referrers and invitees to view and manage their participation in this program, we will collect referral link activity, coupon claim information, referral order dates and status, delivery or fulfillment status, reward status. To protect privacy, we will only display necessary invitee information to the referrer; for example, we will mask parts of the email addresses and only display the order statuses relevant to the rewards. If you need to submit another person's email address or contact information, please obtain their prior consent or authorization For more information, please review the Privacy Policy on the official eufyMake website. 12. Program Changes, Suspension, and Termination eufyMake may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Program, these Terms, reward amounts, eligible products, eligible regions, coupon rules, reward timing, or participant eligibility at any time, to the extent permitted by law. If the Program ends, unclaimed coupons or unused referral links may expire. Qualified Purchases made before termination may continue to be reviewed under the rules in effect at the time of purchase, unless the transaction is fraudulent, abusive, refunded, returned, or otherwise ineligible. 13. Disqualification and Reward Recovery If eufyMake determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant violated these Terms, abused the Program, submitted false information, manipulated the referral process, or acted in a way that harms eufyMake, other users, or the integrity of the Program, eufyMake may: 1. Suspend or terminate Program participation. 2. Cancel pending coupons or rewards. 3. Revoke issued gift cards. 4. Deduct or recover rewards already issued. 5. Suspend or close related accounts. 6. Refuse future participation in eufyMake promotions. 7. Seek any other remedy available under applicable law. 14. No Warranty Your participation in the Program is at your sole risk. The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eufyMake expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. eufyMake does not warrant that the Program, referral links, coupon issuance, tracking, emails, reward status, or account center will meet your requirements, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all liability for mistakes, omissions, delays, or bugs arising out of the furnishing of the Program. 15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eufyMake (including its affiliates) shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost rewards, failed attribution, email delivery failure, system error, or inability to participate, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages and whether the claims arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory. In no event shall eufyMake's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Program exceed the actual value of the specific Referral Reward in dispute. You agree that this limitation of liability represents a reasonable allocation of risk and is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and eufyMake. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. 16. Taxes Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other charges arising from receipt or use of referral rewards. eufyMake may request additional information if required for tax, compliance, fraud-prevention, or payment purposes. 17.
