  • When you make an appointment, we collect only the information necessary to arrange your visit: your name (and those of accompanying individuals), email address, and phone number; the appointment or referral code used during registration or purchase; and your appointment details (date, time)
  • To better serve you during your visit and provide personalized product recommendations based on your individual circumstances, we will collect your personal information through the form you fill out when you making reservation. This includes the creative tools you use, your usage frequency, and your interests.
  • When gathering feedback about our services or promoting products, we will collect your comments and preferences regarding the services/products. You may voluntarily choose whether to provide this information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  1. Confirm and manage your appointment with a designated Host.
  2. Notify you of any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of your visit.
  3. Comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws.
  4. Record legitimate referral activity between Host and Visitor (for commission tracking).
  5. Communicate post-visit offers (such as discount codes) in accordance with your preferences.
  6. With your additional consent, we may use this information to send you marketing emails. You could withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will share your name, appointment time, email address or phone number with the designated Host for identifying you and facilitating your scheduled visit.

4.Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to: a) Complete your appointment and related commission processing; b) Comply with legal obligations (such as tax or auditing requirements).

Our Demoroom appointment service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Minors aged 13–17 may participate only with parental or guardian consent
