M5C X/Y-Axis Belt Kit

I had waited for months for the belts to be restocked. When they were finally restocked, I ordered two of them. When I was ready to install them, I found that the belts were two different lengths. One was way too short and the other was the same length to long as the other was to short. Both packages had the same problem. Glad I ordered two but I now have two belts that can not be used for anything. I really enjoy the user interface and quality of prints with Eufy Make. I hope to be able to continue printing with Eufy Make but i do not want to waste money on parts that do not work. I have recommended Eufy Make printers to others, I hope this problem does not happen to them.

Item is currently MIA but the customer service was quick and easy. Offered a replacement as long as the item doesn't appear after 10 days. Can't offer anything as far as the item goes but the service is good.

All is fine
