Who can join the Gift Box Surprise?
Each email address gets one chance to enter the Gift Box Surprise. Participating emails will be automatically subscribed. Previous subscribers can also join the event.
Can I exchange prizes for cash or something else?
No. Prizes and coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.
When will the pre-sale orders be shipped?
Pre-sale orders are scheduled to ship starting in Feb. Please refer to your order confirmation for the most up-to-date shipping information.
When will physical prizes be shipped, and where can they be sent?
Your prizes will be shipped within 7 business days after the Gratitude Giveaway ends. Prizes can only be shipped to addresses supported by the eufyMake website. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer support at support@eufymake.com.
