Prime Day Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional Period
  • Early Bird Sale: June 15, 2026 (00:00 UTC+2) to June 22, 2026 (23:59 UTC+2).
  • Official Prime Sale: June 23, 2026 (00:00 UTC+2) to June 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+2).
  • All promotional offers, discounts, and gifts are valid exclusively during the respective periods and are strictly subject to inventory availability.
2. Benefit Delivery Methods
  • Subscription Discount Codes: Upon successful email subscription and confirmation, exclusive discount codes will be dispatched directly to the registered email address.
  • Promotional Gifts: Any qualifying promotional gifts associated with an eligible E1 Host Bundle purchase will be automatically applied to the shopping cart at checkout.
3. Discount Code & Gift Card Stacking Policy
  • Discount Codes: Customers are permitted to apply a maximum of ONE (1) Order-Level Discount (e.g., Subscription vouchers) per transaction. Multiple order-level discounts cannot be combined. An Order-Level Discount may be combined with Product-Level Discounts (maximum ONE Product-Level code per product).
  • Gift Cards Stacking: As a recognized payment method, promotional Gift Cards can be combined and stacked with any valid Order-Level or Product-Level discount codes during checkout.
  • eufyMake reserves the right to void any orders that violate the stacking policy or exploit system vulnerabilities.
4. Validity Periods (Expiration) 
  • Flash Sale Discount Codes: Strictly valid until June 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+2).
  • Subscription Discount Codes: Valid until December 31, 2026 (23:59 UTC+2).
  • Promotional Gift Cards: Have no expiration date and remain valid until the balance is fully utilized.
5. Flash Sales and Gift Card Policy
  • Flash Sale items will be released daily at 12:00 PM (UTC+2).
  • Purchases of Flash Sale items are strictly restricted to ONE (1) item per specific flash sale link per customer, IP address, and shipping address.
  • Double-value promotional Gift Cards purchased during Flash Sales are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They may not be utilized to purchase other gift cards.
6. Promotional Gifts and Refund Policy
  • Promotional gifts associated with specific Host Bundles are strictly limited to the first 100 eligible orders. Gifts are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
  • Refunds and Returns: Should a customer initiate a return and refund for the eufyMake E1 Printer, all associated promotional gifts must be returned simultaneously in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. Failure to return the gifts, or returning them in a used condition, will result in the full retail value of said gifts being deducted from the final refund amount. Any discount codes generated or utilized in connection with the refunded order will be immediately invalidated.
7. General Provisions and Anti-Fraud Measures
  • Any suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional rules, or unfair practices (including, but not limited to, the use of automated bots for Flash Sales) will result in immediate order cancellation and permanent disqualification from the event, at the sole discretion of eufyMake.
  • eufyMake reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of eufyMake shall be deemed final and binding.
