If you run a VAT-registered business, you may be able to get the VAT back on a eufyMake order.

Our prices already include VAT. You pay the full price at checkout, then apply for the VAT portion afterwards. Once your application is approved, the money goes back to the account you paid from.

This guide covers eufyMake's VAT exemption and refund process. You will find who can apply, what you need, and how long it takes.

The Short Version

  • Pay the normal price, VAT included.
  • Apply on the eufyMake tax refund page with your company name, VAT ID and registration address.
  • If your application is correct and complete, review can be finished within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Approved refunds return to your original payment account within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Only orders from the official eufyMake website are covered. Amazon and other retailers are not.

Who Can Apply for a VAT Refund?

You can apply if all of these are true.

  • Your business has a valid VAT ID from a country in the table further down.
  • The country code at the start of your VAT ID matches the country your order was delivered to. A French VAT ID, for example, goes with a delivery to France.
  • You bought on the official eufyMake website.

eufyMake verifies your VAT ID during the review. Enter your company name, VAT ID and registration address exactly as they appear on your VAT registration.

If One of These Does Not Fit

You do not have a VATID yet. The form asks for a VAT ID, so you cannot apply without one. That includes orders placed as a private customer.

You bought on Amazon or another retailer. The refund page only handles orders from the official eufyMake website. For anything bought elsewhere, check with that retailer.

You cannot see your country or order in the form. Email support@eufymake.com. The after-sales team will take a look.

Check Your VATID First

Before you apply, look up your VAT ID on VIES. It is the European Commission's free checking tool.

Pick the country, enter the number and submit. If it comes back as valid, you are ready to apply.

If it comes back as invalid, check the number for typos. If it still fails, ask the tax authority that issued it.

How to Apply for a VAT Refund

Applications go through the eufyMake tax refund page. There are four steps.

  1. Log in or register, then open the application form.
  2. Select the order you want refunded and fill in the form.
  3. Wait for the review. If your application is correct and complete, it can be finished within 1 to 2 working days. You will get a notification email once it is approved.
  4. Receive your refund. It goes back to the account you used to pay, within 5 to 7 working days.

What to Have Ready

  • Company name
  • VAT ID
  • Registration address, including city or town, state or province, and postcode (the form calls it ZIP code)
  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your country
  • The order you want refunded

Have these to hand before you start, so you do not have to stop halfway.

How Much VAT Could You Get Back?

You are applying to get back the VAT included in your order price. The amount depends on the rate in your country.

Take the eufyMake E1 Basic Bundle at its list price of €2,399, VAT included. At a 21% VAT rate, the price before VAT is about €1,983. The VAT portion is about €416.

That is an illustration, not a quote. The refund page does not show a tax amount for your order, so use the rate for your country to get a rough idea. Your own amount depends on your order and the rate that applies to it. Rates change, so check the current figure on the EU's Your Europe page.

The FAQ on the refund page lists the countries below. The rates are the standard rates from Your Europe, checked in October 2026.
