Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking an appointment for a Host Demoroom visit. By completing the booking process, you ("You", "Your", "Visitor") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

You are booking an appointment for a personal, non-exclusive demonstration of our [Product Name] products ("Products"). You acknowledge and agree that:
  • The demonstration will take place at Demo Room provided by the Host.
  • The purpose of the visit is for product experience and informational purposes only. No sales transactions will be conducted in the Host's Demo Room.

2. IMPORTANT: Relationship and Commission Disclosure

To ensure full transparency in accordance with advertising and consumer protection laws:

  • You understand that the Host is an independent third-party partner of the Company. The Host is NOT an employee, agent or legal representative of the Company.
  • You acknowledge that the Host may be eligible to receive a sales commission from the Company if you make a qualifying purchase of a Product using the Host’s referral code or link after your visit.

3. Eligibility, Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

    • You must be 18+ or accompanied by parent/guardian.
    • All appointments shall be booked through our official website[insert the specific link]. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. This email will contain the necessary details for your appointment.
    • If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 business days in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

We are not liable for any costs you may have incurred related to a cancelled appointment.

    4. Your Obligations

    • Follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by the Host, especially concerning the operation of the Product.
    • Touch and operate the Product under the direct guidance and supervision of the Host.
    • Attendance is limited to the number of people specified in your booking. Unannounced guests may not be permitted, but additional attendees can be approved if notified in advance.

    5. Safety and Assumption of Risk-This is a key condition of your visit.

    • You hereby assume all risks associated with the visit, including but not limited to risks of slips, falls, personal injury, property damage, or theft.
    • The Product may have moving parts and/or hot surfaces. You agree to maintain a safe distance and exercise caution during the demonstration.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, theft, or any other harm of any kind occurring at, or in connection with your travel to or from, the Host’s residence.
    • The Company is a facilitator of the appointment. We are not responsible for the specific actions or omissions of the Host during your visit.
    • Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence (the precise standard will vary by jurisdiction).

    7. Discount Offers

    • Following your visit, you may receive a discount code for the purchase of a Product.
    • This code is for your personal, non-transferable use.
    • The discount is not redeemable for cash, and is valid for a limited time as specified in the offer communication.
    • Any unauthorized discounts promised by the Host will not be honored.

    8. General Provisions

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, US.
