FAQs

1. Do I need to pay for materials or printing during the on-site experience? Are there any file requirements?

No. For the near term, we will provide free official materials and printing experiences. If any fees apply in the future, we will notify you in advance. If you'd like to bring your own materials, please contact the Makerspace at least 5 days in advance to ensure a smooth printing process. Please prepare your design files before your visit. You can upload up to 10 images, with a maximum file size of 45 MB per image. Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC.

2. Can I take photos or videos?

Absolutely. You're welcome to take photos and videos, and we encourage you to share your content on social media.

3. Can I walk in without a reservation?

No. Demo Room sessions are by reservation only. To ensure the best experience, please book through our official website and subscribe to eufyMake before visiting.

4. Do I get any rewards for joining the Demo Room experience?

Yes. You'll get hands-on access to eufyMake E1, the first personal UV printer, and for a limited time, you can take home your printed item for free.

5. How long is the experience session?

The recommended session duration is 45 - 60 minutes. We suggest spending around 15 minutes on the design to leave enough time for printing. If you run over, the next guest may begin designing while your item is printing. If you have special circumstances, please contact the Demo Room in advance.
